Duplexing to Development With Ali Nazarian Ep. 071
Show Notes

I am truly excited to be welcoming Ali for the first time in my podcast. In this episode we will talk about transitioning from duplexing to development in the smoothest way possible. Grab a coffee and tune in!

In this episode, we cover:

  • How he got started in Real Estate, and started experimenting with duplexing from the beginning.
  • He got to learn all the ins and outs... but as a beginner, it can get pretty overwhelming!
  • Realizing the sudden need for change, into something that would work even better!
  • How did he overcome the challenges presented? Transitioning isn't always easy, and it does have its ups and downs, but Ali walks us throw it all.
